Maria Costello MBE is more than a record-breaking racer – she’s a trailblazer, mentor and advocate for women in motorsport. Maria is one of the most prominent women in motorcycle racing, the only one to have been awarded an M.B.E. for services to motorcycling.

Competing on equal terms with the men Maria has become synonymous with real road racing, particularly the Isle of Man TT Races where she held the female lap record, has made history and broken records, paving the way for female competitors.

Her legacy is built not just on her racing achievements but also on her work in promoting equality in motorcycle racing and mentoring young talent making her an ambassador for the sport and women in motorsport.

Maria has also made her mark as a TV presenter and speaker, using her platform to inspire and engage audiences and use her wealth of knowledge when it comes to being a pundit.
